Peliga Holding AB (“Peliga”) processes personal data in accordance with the EU Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). All personal data that Peliga processes in some form is handled in accordance with current legislation and regulations.

Peliga processes personal data in order to handle the customer’s order / purchase. Peliga also processes personal data and cookies to personalize and improve the experience on, and in relation to, peliga.com.

Personal data

Personal data that is processed in order to be able to handle the customer’s order / purchase is processed for purposes such as to: (1) deliver an ordered / purchased product and / or service (incl. notification of delivery or contacts in connection with delivery delays / delays), (2) identify the customer and check his or her age, (3) handle payment from the customer (incl. analysis of which payment solutions are to be offered to the customer, which includes checking against the customer’s previous payments and obtaining credit information from credit resolution companies), (4) perform checks of the customer’s address against external sources such as Klarna or similar, and (5) handle warranty and complaint matters regarding ordered product and / or service.

The categories of personal data that Peliga collects, and which are thus necessary to fulfill the purpose, are e.g. (1) name, (2) contact details such as e-mail, telephone number and address, (3) payment information such as card number, transaction time and cardholder, (4) personal and coordination number, (5) membership number, (6) payment history, ( 7) credit information from credit information companies, and (8) order information such as which item customers have ordered or whether the item is to be delivered to another address.

The appropriate legal basis for the above consists of the purchase agreement entered into with the customer.

Cookies

Peliga also collects cookies from the user who uses peliga.se when third-party services such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Woocommerce and Mailchimp are used. The user of peliga.com agrees that cookies are collected in order to give you the best experience of our website by making it more user-friendly and personalized, and to simplify for you in future visits.

We collect several different types of cookies. These types are (1) session cookies that are temporarily stored on your computer when you visit our website and which are then deleted as soon as you close your browser, (2) permanent cookies that remain on your computer until you delete them, ( 3) first-party cookies placed by us when you visit peliga.se, and (4) third-party cookies placed by another company (such as the above-mentioned third-party services that are integrated on peliga.com.

Peliga does not sell, distribute or make personal information available to third parties.

The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection is the authority responsible for checking and monitoring compliance with the legislation. As a registered customer, you have the right to file a complaint by contacting us.

Peliga saves personal data as long as there is a valid reason to do so. The personal data is then deleted.

You as a customer or user of peliga.com have, at any time, the right to cancel your subscription, receive information or be deleted from our contact register. This is done via email to hej@peliga.se or by letter to Peliga Holding AB, Rörviksgatan 26, 421 65, Västra Frölunda.
