Deliveries & returns

I entered the wrong address when I ordered, what do I do now?

No problem, contact us by email as soon as possible! Our orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. If you are not fast enough, we will probably get in touch!

I had a discount code and forgot to enter it?

Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to correct the order afterwards, but if your discount code is valid, you will receive a larger discount on your next purchase instead, okay?

How do I know if the goods are of expected quality?

We have quality assured our goods with some of the world’s best padel players. If you notice a difference compared to other qualitative sportswear or padel brands, contact us and we will solve it together!

Shipping & payments

How do I pay when I order from Peliga?

We use accepted payment options to give you a secure experience. Choose easily between Klarna and regular card payment when you order your products.

What shipping options are there to choose from?

At the moment, we use Postnord so that you can get your products home easily, quickly and smoothly. Shipping is always free withing EU when your order amounts to a value of at least SEK 500. For orders under SEK 500 in EU, a shipping cost of SEK 49 will be added.

Regarding shipping outside EU, custom shipping fees are applied based on your location. We love connecting with people all over the world. Please get in touch if you have any questions related to shipping outside EU.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it get back in stock again?

We are quite a young and fast-growing brand, and currently have difficulty calculating how quickly our products are consumed. We do everything we can to ensure that the products you want are in stock, but it can sometimes take a week or three. Email us so we get some fire in the butt, then it will probably go a little faster.

What countries do you ship to?

Sustainability & responsibility

How do Peliga take responsibility for climate & environment?

At Peliga, we are constantly looking for ways to become more sustainable. Thanks to our collaboration with Bower (formerly PantaPå), it is possible to recycle the ball tubes for a cashback after use. Hence, you as a customer get money back, and at the same time save our planet, as the pipes can be reused. Smart huh?

How often do I need to change my padel balls?

The durability of the ball is largely affected by three factors; the original quality of the ball, how long you have been actively playing with the ball and how long it has been since you “popped” the tube.

The Peliga ball is of highest quality and should therefore generally last longer than balls of inferior quality. As for how long you played with the ball and how long the tube has been “popped”, you have to use common sense.

We recommend that you who play occasionally use a new tube every two to three times you play, unless several weeks pass between your padel sessions. Then you may need to replace your balls more often.

For those who play more often and/or at a professional level, we recommend replacing the balls after one to two times for maximum feeling, speed and quality of the game. Although, please think an extra time before you pop a can.
